Everything today was pretty good. The salmon rice ended up having corn in it as well, a nice break from the usual white rice. The fried thing also had little tiny shrimp in it called “sakura-ebi”. I guess they’re called that because the shrimp (ebi) look like cherry blossoms (sakura). I’m not sure.
