In Sasayama, both kyuushoku centres are doing their “tour of Hyogo” menu fun this week. The only thing is that they have each area on a different day. I was in the west kyuushoku centre’s area on Monday, so I had Tajima day that day. And I’m back on the east side today, so I just have a repeat of Monday.

Except that this time the dried fish is grilled instead of fried. Neither is really that good to tell the truth. The only reason I liked Monday’s fish better is that there was only one of him. Today for some reason they gave us two of them. The fish was like fish jerky. You could have put soy sauce on a tire and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Grilled little fish are ok, but don’t dry them out before you grill them. It’s impossible to eat and just doesn’t taste very good.

The salad and the sukiyaki were pretty much the same as Monday.
