Kyuushoku for 9 March

Tuesday
Bean Day

Bread roll(小パン)
Milk(牛乳)
Tofu stew(とうふの煮物)
Little fish with nuts(じゃこナッツ)
Potherb mustard and corn sauté(小松菜とコーンのソテー)

779 Kcal
42.8 g of protein

The bean part of this menu was the nuts in with the little fish and the tofu. Surprisingly enough, the little fish weren’t so bad. Either they were fully cooked or something, because I didn’t have my mouth cut open by sharp little fish as I normally do. The tofu stew was nice because there were no quail eggs. Usually the lunch ladies deem “tofu stew” an excuse to put in a lot of little eggs.

The sauté was not that at all. It was just some boiled corn and komatsuna. I hope the kyuushoku staff didn’t waste time sautéing that, because no one noticed.

4 Shishamo (plus one shishamo for lack of mouth stabbage and quail eggs)
