Kyuushoku for 14 June

Monday

White rice(ごはん)
Milk(牛乳)
Marinated meat stew(そぼろ煮)
Grilled capelin shishamo(焼きシシャモ)
Vinegared cabbage with fried tofu(キャベツの油あげの酢の物)

817 Kcal
32.0 g of protein

The meat stew was just fish paste tube, minced meat, tofu, carrots, onions, green beans, potatoes and the typical Japanese dressings: mirin, soy sauce, sugar or saké. It was good enough.

The shishamo were kind of small today. That could be because I saw them in a store yesterday and those shishamo were about 3 times the size. The appeal of shishamo is that the female shishamo are well pregnant and full of delicious eggs. The more eggs, the more expensive your shishamo will be. This is the world I live in.

The cabbage thing was alright. A bit plain, but not bad.

White rice is white rice. I don’t think it ever deserves a proper review.

4 shishamo
