I’ve tried to make this dish before at home, but I always fail. I can’t really make scrambled eggs that are so together like this. The lunch ladies are quite skilled at their scrambled egging. That could be the entry test for working at the kyuushoku centre.

And today we finally had miso soup after a while of other soups. I’m perfectly OK with having nothing but miso soup every day for lunch. Why can’t the lunch ladies be as well.

No fish silently screaming at me and the kiwi was ripe, a good day all around.
